The room was spotless, and new-fashioned, with a private safe, central heating and an iron. The staff was respectful from breakfast staff to the receptionists very helpful. The facilities were good and easy to use.

Location and staff, they were perfect here. Splendid view, a nice balcony, comfortable bed, too. Easy walk to the tidy beach. Enjoyed the really great restaurant. Excellent pool area too. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus.

Comfortable base for exploring London. Late check-out and room services always available. We were upgraded to an executive suite on arrival, great bonus. Late check out too. Really enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant 100 Minories, no need to go somewhere else...

Large bed, spacious bathroom, EXCELLENT service. Hotel was very clean. It was conveniently located. There's Jamies within 10 minutes walk or so, truly enjoyed their menu. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a great addition.
